Delivery and warranty terms
We deliver worldwide through international standard and expedited shipping.
We ship your order the day the payment is received. After an order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with Tracking Number. Before shipping we turn on every purchased device and check it for proper functioning.
Shipping is free if your order over 250$. Otherwise 20$- standard shipping, 35$- expedited shipping
-North and South America: 5-10 business days;
-Europe: 4-8 business days;
-Australia, Asia: 6-12 business days;
-The rest of the world:5-12 business days.
You may return the product during the 30-days period from the date of order. You can return the product if it is defective or does not match the description. You will receive a refund. Items must be sent back in new condition with all original packaging and accessories. The buyer pays for return shipping except cases, when the item is defective or doesn't match description.
For receiving refund please contact us at email@example.com .We will not be liable or responsible for any failure of performance of our products that is caused by events outside our reasonable control in case of improper use and maintenance described in the manual. Items must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service with a signature shipping service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to issue a refund. Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
All DENAS devices and accesories has manufacturer warranty.
Devices are covered by 1 year warranty, accessories are covered by a six month warranty.
We review the items before shipment to be sure that the items are working properly and meet the quality standards.
If a warranty case occurs, please contact us and send us the item. After we'll receive it we'll send you a new one.
Note that warranty does not apply to products with broken factory seals.
